APP-Projekt is responsible for providing multi-discipline investor supervision for the “Grunwald Między Drzewami” residential project, developed by Ronson Development. The investment is located in the Grunwald district of Poznań and involves the construction of a modern multi-family residential building with an underground parking garage and supporting technical infrastructure.
The project stands out for its harmonious integration of contemporary architecture with the surrounding greenery. A key feature of the design is the preservation of the existing tree-lined avenue, which highlights the pro-ecological approach of the development. Environmental care and sustainable construction principles are central to the project’s philosophy.
The first stage of the development includes the construction of 78 residential units. Completion of this stage is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
APP-Projekt oversees the overall quality control of construction works, monitors project progress, and ensures compliance with both the construction schedule and technical documentation.
The architectural design was prepared by Studio Lisiak, and the General Contractor for the project is Mardom.
