On April 1st, we had the pleasure of attending the TERAZ POLSKA! conference organized by the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK), of which APP-Projekt is a member. The event took place at the Radisson Hotel in Warsaw and provided a great opportunity for reflection on the future of the real estate market in Poland.
The conference focused on key issues that require a new approach to meet the challenges facing the real estate market. Among the main topics discussed by the speakers and guests, the following stood out:
Changing investment approaches – Traditional investment methods are no longer sufficient. A new approach, based on flexibility and readiness to adapt quickly, is crucial in the changing market reality.
Flexibility and service quality – As Ms. Monika Kisiel from PAIH highlighted, Poland remains a large market, but the challenges include high energy and labor costs. On the other hand, Poland has significant potential, including a young and dynamic population, which presents an opportunity for further growth.
Legal stability – Jaroslav Kysela from INVESTIKA pointed out that transparency of regulations and legal stability are essential for both long-term investments and the stock market. He also noted the differences between the Polish and Czech markets.
In conclusion, the real estate market in Poland faces many challenges, but also tremendous opportunities. APP-Projekt is ready to actively participate in the further development of this dynamic sector.
We would like to thank PINK for inviting us to take part in this important event and look forward to more inspiring meetings!
