APP-Projekt had the pleasure of participating in key investments in Wrocław for Globalworth Poland, combining modernity, functionality, and sustainability.
Bicycle Parking Reconstruction at Renoma Department Store
One of our latest projects was the reconstruction of part of the Renoma Department Store, where we created a modern bicycle parking facility. The project included not only the parking area but also full sanitary and social facilities, including changing rooms, a drying room, and an ironing room. Our project supervision team managed the implementation of this “turnkey” investment, which was completed in June 2024. The entire project was carried out in a “design and build” mode in a record time of 5 months, with the involvement of CWCC from Warsaw and local designers from 3XA. This project is another step towards creating more bike-friendly cities, providing cyclists with access to comfortable and functional solutions.
Investment at the West Gate Building – Heat Recovery
Another important project was the installation of heat recovery systems in the laboratories of Nokia at the West Gate building. Through collaboration with Fortum, we successfully completed this project in May 2024. The installation of heat recovery systems is a step towards more energy-efficient solutions in office spaces, aligning with the global trend of sustainability and environmental care.
Reconstruction of the Retro Haus Floor for Olympus
As part of our collaboration with Globalworth, we also carried out the reconstruction of the Retro Haus floor for Olympus. Our team played a supporting role in project supervision, and the project was completed in November 2023. These efforts contributed to creating a functional and modern space for one of the leading tenants in the building.
