We are pleased to announce the continuation of our collaboration with our long-standing client, Hillwood Polska. Currently, we are providing project supervision for the construction of the new Hillwood Poznań-Czempin logistics center, located in the Greater Poland region.
The investment is strategically situated near the S5 expressway, ensuring convenient access to the city. The first phase of the project encompasses 53,500 sqm of space, with completion scheduled for I Q2025. Construction is progressing rapidly – the building’s structure, roof, and gates are already in place, and work on landscaping the surrounding area is underway.
Simultaneously, we are overseeing the development of a logistics park in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, with a total area of nearly 88,000 sqm. The first warehouse, covering 50,000 sqm, is expected to be completed by February 2025.
