- Continuation of mineral wool thermal insulation installation in public areas: staircases, garage +1
- Continuation of sanitary installation works
- Continued installation of domestic ventilation
- Installation of the internal electrical installation in residential premises on floors +5, +6, +7 (staircases "A" and "B")
- Continuation of cosmetic and bottom plate repair works
- Installation of window frames for eastern and western facades (floor +8)
- Plastering walls (storey +1, +5 in staircase "A" and storey +1, +4 in staircase "B")
- Continuation of facade works (southern and eastern facade of the staircase "B")
- Commencement of facade works (west facade)
- Continuation of works on the fire protection tank
