On June 26, the cornerstone was laid for the investment at Lechicka 65, symbolically marking the start of a new project by #Sivanet. APP-Projekt is acting as the substitute investor and supervising the project.
The construction will include 190 residential units, 90 units in the hotel section, commercial services, and a parking lot for over 200 cars. The expected completion date for the investment is the second quarter of 2026.
This is another chapter in our collaboration with this investor. We are also responsible for project management and investor supervision for the #MillanovaApartments project in Warsaw's Wilanów district. Previously, we provided the same range of services for the construction of the housing estate on Bułgarska Street in Poznań.
