Our engineers are working on the construction of the City Logistics Poznań II urban warehouse implemented by Panattoni. APP-Projekt is responsible for investor supervision of this investment.
This is the second building within the City Logistics network prepared by Panattoni in Poznań. The facility is being built at Węgorka Street and will provide 12,750 sq m. warehouse and office space. Construction began in September this year and will be completed in April 2024. The general contractor of the investment is Depenbrock Polska, and the Modo Architekci studio is responsible for the architectural design.
The City Logistics segment was created as a result of the demand from the dynamically developing e-commerce business, as well as the strong demand for investments within the so-called last mile deliveries. City Logistics parks are characterized by the availability of warehouse and office space on the outskirts of large cities. The versatile and flexible space allows for easy adaptation to the needs of tenants. As part of the City Logistics network, Panattoni has built warehouses in Poznań, Wrocław, Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków and Katowice.
