We have began collaboration with VINCI Immobilier Polska sp. z o.o. within the "Żeromskiego" investment, located in Poznań, at 13/15 Żeromskiego St. For the Client, we provide technical consulting services (verification of the design documentation) and support him in the tender process and cooperate with the designer to develop design optimization. The building, which is being erected in Jeżyce district, will have 8 floors and 130 flats with an underground car park. The apartments are scheduled to be ready for use in 2023.
