We have completed the construction of the Apartments in Mechelinki, Kashubia. We have obtained occupancy permits for two buildings, A and B, and are currently progressing with the construction of additional ones. As part of the contract, we are providing investor supervision. The project investor is a consortium of Pekabex and Origin Investment.
Mechelinki is a picturesque seaside village located near the Tri-City area. The entire complex will consist of four buildings, which will include vacation apartments, residences for active seniors, and a modern rehabilitation center.
The investment is being carried out using innovative concrete prefabrication technology, which is a new development in the construction market. The entire project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2025.
