We are pleased to announce our continued collaboration with Ronson Development in the construction of a residential estate located near the center of Szczecin. This spacious complex of low-rise single-family and multi-family buildings is being developed in stages in the picturesque area of Rajkowo, surrounded by greenery.
Covering almost 8 hectares, over 460 apartments will be built in an intimate setting. The developer has already completed four stages of construction, and in July, started the next phase of the project – 5.1 and 5.2, which includes the construction of single-family homes.
