We are currently undertaking the renovation of two production and warehouse halls with a total area of over 5,000 square meters as a General Contractor for one of our clients. As part of the project, we are also modernizing the water and sewage, energy, and gas infrastructure of the halls. The work is scheduled to be completed by September this year.
Industrial facilities constitute a significant part of the projects carried out by APP-Projekt. One of our recent undertakings involved the renovation of existing warehouse buildings, along with social and office facilities, and the construction of new facilities for Capchem Polska. In this contract, we acted as the substitute investor, provided investor supervision, and coordinated the technology. The innovative Capchem Polska plant will play a key role in the production of electrolytes for the European and Polish markets.
Additionally, for the pharmaceutical company Starpharma from Lesznowola, we provided services as a substitute investor and investor supervision for a new production and warehouse facility. Starpharma has over 30 years of experience in the production of pharmaceutical drugs and OTC dermocosmetics, as well as over 12 years of experience in the production of medical devices and supplements.
