As the General Contractor, we have successfully completed operations on the Let’s Sea Baltic Park project in Gąski for Rednet Investment and Premium Properties. We have obtained the occupancy permit and signed the final acceptance protocol. Our Investor's clients can now enjoy the handed-over residential and service premises and start the holiday season.
Phase II of the investment included four segments, comprising 96 apartments ranging from 25 to 70 sqm, 34 mixed residential-commercial units, a sports hall, and a mini-SPA with a pool and sauna. Each apartment will have a garden or terrace, balcony, and a parking space in the underground garage.
