APP-Projekt is overseeing the investor supervision for Enklawa Ursynów, a residential development being built by Home Invest on Kłobucka Street in Warsaw.
The housing estate will consist of three buildings with a total of 183 apartments, ranging in size from 32 to 97 square meters. The units will feature balconies, terraces, or gardens.The development will also include parking spaces in an underground garage, outdoor parking spots, as well as storage rooms and bicycle lockers.
The construction of Enklawa Ursynów has already begun, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
The estate is designed by APA Wojciechowski, with Alfa-Bet Polska serving as the general contractor.
