We have completed the acceptance of 60 residential buildings at the Księżnej Dąbrówka housing estate in the town of Dąbrówka near Poznań. – Our engineers worked on behalf of the developer – Nickel Development. They checked and assessed the completed construction works, as well as their compliance with the design, building permit, as well as with regulations and construction practice - says Jacek Szajda, technical director of APP-Projekt.
The estate project consisted of the construction of 34 terraced residential buildings, two multi-family residential buildings (24 apartments) and 38 duplex apartments in a total of 19 buildings.
The houses and apartments in the Księżna Dąbrówka estate feature modern solutions, such as heat pumps and underfloor heating. The developer also enables the installation of photovoltaics, personalization of the apartment and turnkey finishing.
In line with the idea of a 15-minute city, residents of the Księżnej Dąbrówka Housing Estate can meet all their daily needs in the immediate vicinity. Just fifteen minutes - on foot or by bike - can reach places such as: shopping mall, cafe, bakery, pharmacy, grocery stores, restaurant, clinic, parcel locker, railway station, church, kindergarten, primary school.
Nickel Development has been creating the Księżna Dąbrówka housing estate in the town of Dąbrówka near Poznań for over 20 years. During this time, he built over 800 apartments and single-family houses with a total area of almost 57,000 sqm.
