The first phase of the Nowa Północ housing estate, which was built in Szczecin, has been completed. For investor, Ronson Development, we carried out investment supervision on this construction site. The final occupancy permit has been issued for buildings 1 and 2.
Nowa Północ in all stages will have 550 apartments in various sizes. The estate will include green areas, sports fields, playgrounds and an outdoor gym. The investment is distinguished by a package of ecological solutions, such as LED lighting in common areas, tanks for reusing rainwater, flower meadows and a bicycle repair station.
