On October 11th, we celebrated a significant milestone in the construction of the Witaj Estate in Poznań – the topping out of Phase II of the project! The ceremony was attended by representatives of the investor, Rednet Investment, as well as our team from APP-Projekt, including board member Michał Korwin-Małaszyński.
This is a special moment for us as we continue our work as the general contractor, following the completion of Phase I of this investment. Our long-term cooperation with investor is a testament to mutual trust and high-quality execution.
Phase II of the Witaj Estate includes the construction of two modern multi-family buildings, offering 154 apartments with a total usable area exceeding 8,000 m². Additionally, a multi-level above-ground parking facility and modern infrastructure will be built to ensure the highest comfort for residents. The architectural design is by MODO Architektura, and the completion of works is planned for September 2025.
