APP-Projekt is responsible for project management and investor supervision in the construction of an automatic high-bay warehouse for Kompania Piwowarska in Poznań. The project includes the construction of an office and social building, associated technical infrastructure, service yards, and roads, as well as the redevelopment of the adjacent Szwajcarska Street.
In August 2024, we completed supervision over the redevelopment of the gas and heating networks. Currently, preparatory work, earthworks, and design activities are underway. In July, a design-and-build contract was signed with the general contractor, PORR SA.
The warehouse will cover 12,000 square meters, stand 40 meters high, and have a capacity of approximately 40,000 pallets.
The project is scheduled for completion in December 2025.
