Our team of experts supervised the execution of the second phase of the #PINEAResort&Apartments project in Pobierowo. The investor is the Poznań-based group EKO-DEVELOPER, in collaboration with the Belgian developer Fenixco.
The recently completed phase has already received the final occupancy permit. Final finishing and furnishing works are currently underway. We are conducting inspections of the individual parts of the building, and once these are completed, the investor will begin the final acceptance process. The general contractor for this project is a consortium of Strabag and Euroklimat.
#PINEAResort&Apartments in Pobierowo is a luxury hotel and recreational complex with direct beach access. It includes private apartments, a condo hotel, and a Hilton Garden Inn.
