For our client, Multico, we are acting as the substitute investor and providing investor supervision for the second phase of the Rezydencja Niechorze project. The emerging complex is located directly on the beach, offering easy access to coastal nature.
The project includes the construction of five three-story buildings with a total of 162 apartments of varying sizes. The complex will also feature above-ground and underground parking, a restaurant, and an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, sauna, and outdoor terrace. The general contractor for the investment is Democo. The project is scheduled to be completed by 2025.
