On July 11th, at the Widok Warta Estate on Starołęcka Street in Poznań, a topping out ceremony was held, marking the completion of the investment's shell stage. In the second phase of the investment, we are responsible for general contracting, continuing the project started in 2020. The investor of the estate is Rednet Investment Sp. z o.o., and the project is designed by the Architectural Studio of Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński Sp. z o.o.
Widok Warta Estate is a residential complex located in the green area of the eastern bank of the Warta River, offering residents tranquility and direct access to the river. The location combines the charms of nature with the conveniences of urban life. The project is part of the Starołęka revitalization plan, inspired by the industrial heritage of this Poznań district.
Construction of the investment began in July 2023. The entire project includes the construction of two buildings - the 7-story building A2 and the 6-story building B2. The buildings will have access to an underground level, which will house 119 parking spaces, while 35 parking spaces will be located in the courtyard between the buildings, along with a road layout and greenery.
In total, 154 spacious and functional apartments will be made available to residents, offering a full range of sizes - from 1-room studios of 29 sqm to 4-room family apartments of 84 sqm. Additionally, the project includes storage units, bicycle boxes, and a playground located right on the bank of the Warta River.
The planned completion date for the investment is June 2025.
