Key Responsibilities:

• Support in representing the Investor at the construction site
• Support in the supervision of documents, including approvals and certificates
• Development of table lists of materials
• Verification of measurements
• Support in technical acceptance of performed works
• Participation in the work of the commissioning and handing over the facility for use
• Control of the timeliness and quality of works performed by contractors
• Cooperation with construction management, a team of inspectors and the Investor

The apprentice / trainee will report directly to the Technical Director / Inspector / Manager / Engineer.

Our expectations:

• Technical directional education
• Knowledge of basic tools and Microsoft Office software, additionally welcome knowledge of CAD programs (AutoCAD, zwCAD), as well as Microsoft Project, programs for costing construction and assembly works
• The ability to work with people from various areas and at various levels of the organization

Other skills are welcome:

• Experience in working on a construction site
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling)
• Driving license B
