Apprentice / Trainee (Assistant) of the Construction / Sanitary / Electrical Works Supervision Inspector, Site Manager / Site Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Support in representing the Investor at the construction site
Support in the supervision of documents, including approvals and certificates
Development of table lists of materials
Verification of measurements
Support in technical acceptance of performed works
Participation in the work of the commissioning and handing over the facility for use
Control of the timeliness and quality of works performed by contractors
Cooperation with construction management, a team of inspectors and the Investor
The apprentice / trainee will report directly to the Technical Director / Inspector / Manager / Engineer.
Our expectations:
Technical directional education
Knowledge of basic tools and Microsoft Office software, additionally welcome knowledge of CAD programs (AutoCAD, zwCAD), as well as Microsoft Project, programs for costing construction and assembly works
The ability to work with people from various areas and at various levels of the organization
Other skills are welcome:
Experience in working on a construction site
Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling)
Driving license B
