For MAX Poland, which is developing the MAX Premium Burgers restaurant chain, we provide investment supervision services for the construction of a building with a usable area of 314 sq m. The contract concerns the construction of the third premises (including accompanying infrastructure) of this brand in Poznań, but the first one to be implemented by the Poznań branch of APP-Projekt.
MAX is a restaurant chain known for burgers, established in Sweden in 1968, and already has 24 restaurants in Poland. The new investment will be the brand's third location in the city, and the general contractor is Daldehog Poland.
